A laid-back, mid-tempo soul-pop groove that found Parker and Raydio's Arnell Carmichael sharing the lead vocals, "You Can't Change That" climbed to #3 on Billboard's R&B singles chart in the U.S. and #9 on the Billboard Hot 100. Another single, the moody "More Than One Way to Love a Woman," peaked at #25 R&B in Billboard in the U.S.-where Rock On made it to #4 on Billboard's R&B albums chart.
