Breaking Blue- Perfidy (CD)
The band has been working for the last 2 years on their 3rd album, Perfidy. It has been a difficult but fruitful project. Under the producing capabilities of Drew Hodge, the band has refined and developed their sound. The album is titled 'Perfidy' for a song they wrote based on a letter written in 1867 in New Mexico shortly after the civil war. The letter describes a toast given by a soldier they day before he died. He and another man were in love with the same woman and they shot each other in a duel. The toast goes like this: 'Stand to your glasses steady, this world is a world of lies. Here's a health to the dead already, three cheers for the next man that dies.'
