2024 Japan Record Day Products The 1st album 'ROMP' by the Sapporo-based new wave techno pop band 'LAUSBUB' is now available on vinyl! The cutting was done by the master craftsman Toru Kotetsu. A new wave techno pop band formed in March 2020 by Riko Iwai and Mei Takahashi, who were members of the light music club at the same high school in Sapporo, Hokkaido. January 18, 2021 After posting on Twitter, the band became a hot topic and ranked #1 on the weekly charts worldwide on the German free music platform 'SoundCloud'. At the same time, they also ranked #1 on the weekly charts on the domestic indie music platform 'Eggs'. June 18, 2021 They released their first DSP-distributed single 'Telefon'. On November 16, 2022, they released their first physical work, their first EP 'M. I. D. The First Annual Report of LAUSBUB'. In August 2023, they performed at the large-scale festival 'RISING SUN ROCK FESTIVAL in EZO' in their hometown of Hokkaido.
