John Fogerty- Eye Of The Zombie

Known for creating the soundtrack of a generation, legendary singer/songwriter and Rock and Roll Hall of Famer John Fogerty has signed an exclusive recordings deal with BMG to release a new solo album and reissue his renowned solo catalog. As co-founder of Creedence Clearwater Revival, the group's chief musical architect, and as a solo artist, Fogerty's works rank as some of the most influential in American music history. Eye of the Zombie is Fogerty's fourth solo effort and last studio release for nearly a decade. An apocalyptic departure from his swamp rock glory days buoyed by it's menacing cover art, Eye of the Zombie leans on a more synthesized production and finds an indignant Fogerty coming down on consumerism and the music business. Yet no matter his mood he can't help but provide a few jewels like "Change in the Weather" and "Knockin' on Your Door" with fine performances from his new rhythm section of bassist Neil Stubenhaus and drummer John Robinson.
