First-time stand-alone vinyl release of the Nirvana concert video LIVE AND LOUD from the MTV-shot performance in Seattle on December 13, 1993. Pressed on 180-gram black audiophile 2LP vinyl edition .
On 30 August, the complete Nirvana concert video Live And Loud will be released for the first time as a digital live album and as a 2LP set pressed on 180g audiophile black vinyl through Geffen/Ume on 30 August.
Filmed on 13 December, 1993, at Seattle’s Pier 48 (less than a month after the band’s influential MTV Unplugged in New York show taping), Nirvana: Live And Loud originally aired on MTV on New Years Eve in 1993. It was initially released as part of the 20th anniversary of the band’s third and final studio album, In Utero in 2013.
The show in its entirety was previously unreleased although a shorter version had been previously broadcast on MTV and the audio of the song ‘Scentless Apprentice’ appeared on the live compilation album From the Muddy Banks of the Wishkah in 1996.
Heralded as one of the best live shows from Nirvana’s entire career, Live And Loud features tracks such as ‘Heart-Shaped Box,’ ‘Come As You Are,’ ‘Breed,’ ‘Pennyroyal Tea’ and ‘Radio Friendly Unit Shifter’ that, as Pitchfork put it, “perfectly encapsulate the In Utero ideal of arena-rock at its most anarchic.”

Shipping Recommendations
In order to ship your records to you in the safest way possible, and to avoid seam splits, we recommend removing the record from the jacket when shipping. That said, we will never open sealed records and do this without your permission. If you would like your records shipped to you this way, please request this in the notes section of checkout. Darkside Records - How We Ship
Please review our shipping policy (link below) for information on our shipping rates and import fees.
Shipping Policy
Free Shipping offer applies to US orders only. We will choose the most economical way to ship your items. If you have preorders in your cart, and opt for free shipping, all items will ship with the last remaining preorder in the order. Turntables/Speakers/Consoles are not eligible for free shipping.
All domestic Vinyl orders ship via UPS/USPS Ground (with the exception of PO Boxes, APO/FPO where we must choose USPS) for a flat rate of $7.99 + $1 for each additional item. We take great care in our packaging to ensure orders arrive to you quickly and safely. Most orders are shipped within 24 hours of your order being placed (with some exceptions, e.g. post RSD when we have a massive influx of orders) and are packaged in Whiplash LP mailers that are specifically designed to protect your records. We use 100% recyclable packing materials, from paper tape to HexcelPack, to do our small part to cut out single-use plastics.
***Please note that we are not responsible for stolen packages and are not able to refund you for your purchase if your package was stolen after delivery. While we can help you file a claim, if UPS or Fedex deliver your package and take a proof of delivery photo, it is unlikely they will reimburse the missing package.
International Orders: Please note that taxes, fees and duties are worked into your shipping fees at checkout. We know and agree that international shipping rates are incredibly expensive. Unfortunately at this time we do not feel that USPS is a reliable option for us to ship international orders so our prices exclusively reflect those of UPS or Fedex. Please reach out to us with any questions.
> Due to the current limited nature of music titles, ALL CD & Vinyl purchases are limited to two copies per customer, per item. If you place multiple orders for the same title, your subsequent orders will be cancelled.

How We Ship
We take great pride in our packaging and have spent years honing it so that it is not only 100% recyclable materials, but also protects your records from the woes of being tossed from truck to truck during the shipping process.
