Jethro Tull's Mick Abrahams went in a much more bluesy, jazzy direction when he left Jethro Tull to form this band in '69. That doesn't mean their 1969 debut LP doesn't rock; it most certainly does, and it rocked and rolled all the way to the UK Top 10.
