Preorder Policy

⭐ Preorders are a great way to secure upcoming releases before they’re in stock. Many vinyl pressings are produced in limited runs and can sell out quickly once released, so preordering is often the best way to get your hands on limited-edition, soon-to-be collectible items. Because these items aren’t physically available yet, preorder timelines and handling are a bit different from regular orders.

📦 Fulfillment & Shipping

Orders that include pre-order items will be held and shipped together once all items in the order are available for fulfillment — this includes any in-stock, warehouse, and preorder items. Shipping orders together reduces packaging waste and the environmental impact of multiple shipments.

If you’d like the items we currently have on hand to go out sooner, you can either:

• Place a separate order for the available items, or

• Email us at info@darksiderecords.com and we can help set up split shipping (with the cost difference applied).

📅 Release Dates & Updates

Release dates shown on product pages and at checkout are estimated by labels and distributors, and are subject to change. We do our best to update those dates if we receive new information — and if a date does shift significantly, we’ll do our best to let you know as soon as possible so you aren’t left waiting without notice.

Release dates for preorders can shift, and updates from labels and distributors don’t always come with much notice. We’ll update product pages whenever we receive new information, but we may not be able to contact every customer individually about every change.
