Rising emerging from the nocturnal shadows of the Canaries, as it were, Luis de Pablo's Las Orillas (1990) resembles still other shores in broad daylight and eventually disappears at the fall of dusk. This World Premiere recording, recorded January 1991 in Tenerife, features Vector Pablo Perez conducting the Orquesta Sinfonica de Tenerife. Also includes Dvorak's Symphony No. 8 in G major, Op. 88, B. 163. All selections newly remastered.
