Even though it says Side A and B, we view this as a double A side featuring the smash Top Ten radio hit "Gods of Rock N Roll (Orchestral)" which peaked at #7 on Mediabase Active Rock chart and the "Gods of Rock N Roll (Stripped Version)," which contains no electric instruments nor drum kit. Both feature guitar solos by Steve Stevens: the OV solo is Steve on electric guitar and the SV features an acoustic guitar solo. The orchestration (score) by Emmy Award winning composer Fred Coury features a 61-piece orchestra - the Budapest Symphony Orchestra. The epic song orchestration is even more pronounced on the stripped version that allows Ozzy's vocals to shine even brighter.
