Originally released in 2015, Nordic Giants' beautifully apocalyptic debut album 'A Séance Of Dark Delusions' draws inspiration from the likes of Sigur Rós, Björk & Pink Floyd, blending orchestral brutality, progressive guitar, cinematic textures & ethereal electronics into a uniquely fascinating experience. The album features stunning vocal contributions from Saturday Sun ('Dissolve'), Nadine Wild Palmer ('Futures Dark'), Freyja ('Give Flight to the Imagination') & Beth Cannon ('Rapture'), each adding to it's otherworldly atmosphere. From the creeping synths & holy resonance of 'Rapture' to the thunderous crescendos of 'Give Flight To The Imagination', 'A Séance Of Dark Delusions' remains a mesmerising & transportive journey-one that now, a decade later, is as vital as ever. Known for their cinematic & atmospheric sound, British post-rock duo Nordic Giants bring the same spirit of experimentation to their live performances. Performing under the enigmatic pseudonyms Loki (drums, brass, electronics) & Roka (guitar, piano, electronics), they transform each show into a one-of-a-kind audiovisual experience. Their performances take place in a variety of unconventional settings, from Victorian halls to 360-degree visual domes & digital mapping shows, enhanced by short films from award-winning directors, delicate animations & immersive actor led narratives.
