NeeDoh Purchase Policy
We love NeeDoh, and we know many of our customers do too. Because certain NeeDoh styles have become extremely popular and difficult to find, we have established the following purchase policy to help keep them available to the people who actually want to enjoy them.
NeeDoh products are available for purchase in-store only. At this time, we do not sell or ship NeeDoh products through our website.
Purchases are limited to one of each NeeDoh style per customer. This limit applies regardless of color or other variation within the same style.
Why do we have this policy?
Simply put: we do not support the flipping of NeeDoh products for outrageous prices.
When a highly sought-after NeeDoh item arrives in our store, we want it to end up in the hands of a customer who has been looking for it—not someone buying up our inventory just to immediately resell it online at a huge markup.
We are committed to selling desirable products at fair retail prices and giving as many of our customers as possible a reasonable opportunity to purchase them. Purchase limits help us do that.
Resellers and Multiple Purchases
Please do not attempt to circumvent our purchase limits by making multiple transactions, returning at different times, having other people make purchases on your behalf, or using any other method intended to acquire more than the permitted quantity.
Customers who attempt to circumvent our NeeDoh purchase limits or purchase multiples of the same style may be permanently prohibited from purchasing NeeDoh products—and, at our discretion, from making future purchases from our store.
These rules aren't intended to make purchasing difficult for collectors or customers who genuinely enjoy NeeDoh. They're intended to prevent a small number of buyers from clearing out our inventory for resale and making these products harder and more expensive for everyone else.
