Di Leva is one of Sweden's best known and most popular artists. During the last 30 years he's had numerous hits, and his songs are regularly on rotation on Swedish radio. With his new space themed project and concept album The Hybrids Di Leva looks forward to "a future so bright we will have to wear shades!" It is probably Di Leva's strongest and most ambitious album in his career. The new adventure started at Storm Area 51 Basecamp Festival in Nevada, USA, when Di Leva had the world premiere for the music video Men In Black, his first single from The Hybrids (album incl. Numerous singles, videos, a tour in 2023 - and more to come!) In 2018 Di Leva created and starred in a best selling show based on the life of the late David Bowie, one of his most important sources of artistic inspiration as a teenager. Di Leva still tours with his successful show all over Sweden, where it has become one of the hottest tickets on the circuit. Featured on The Hybrids is a stunningly beautiful version of Bowies "Heroes". Di Leva has previously also made a number of TV-shows, concert tours and theatre plays, including a highly acclaimed performance of Shakespeare's Hamlet. Di Leva's long and constantly developing career has made him one of the most recognized people in Sweden. But after writing, composing and performing mainly in Swedish for the last decades, with his upcoming concept album The Hybrids he's now ready to cross the borders and embark on a new international career. The Hybrids is released in a triple fold-out CD digipack with a 16-pages booklet on label Erik Axl Sund, run by the namesake internationally acclaimed writer duo.
