Maurice Starr- SPACEY LADY
Spacey Lady was the second solo effort from the Boston-based producer/songwriter Maurice Starr. Released in 1983 on Arista Records while he was enjoying success with his brothers Michael & Soni as the Jonzun Crew, Spacey Lady was in line with the electro-funk sound that was popular in the early 80s. It also found Maurice experimenting with more ballads & pop-flavored sounds that served him well when he discovered New Edition and New Kids On The Block. Limited edition of 2000.
