Sandy Patton- Saga of Reflective Perspectives (CD)
This new release is a musical voyage through the nineteenth and twentieth centuries reflecting the evolution of the perspective "popular music" which evolved from the "classical masters" such as Chopin, Ravel, Faure, Debussy, Rachmaninoff, Bernstein, and others. Featured in the project are some of Switzerland's multicultural musical talents, savvy in both classical and jazz genres. Before joining the Swiss Jazz School she performed with the great "who's who" of jazz, including Lionel Hampton, Dizzy Gillespie, Jimmy Woody, Cab Calloway, and Frank Owens, just to name a few. She continues to perform worldwide and is active in giving master classes and workshops.
